To permit a protest and sit-in on Srinagar Highway, the Islamabad administration on Friday sought an answer from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) over its past violations of the agreements, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
“Every time, agreement had been violated after the permission was given,” said a notification issued by the Islamabad administration.
“The agreement was violated on May 25 and July 2. The PTI needs to answer all the questions regarding past violations of the agreements after which the decision of permitting them to hold the protest will be taken,” it stated.
“The protest will not be allowed to move beyond zero point,” it added.
It is to be noted here that the PTI has planned to organise a protest and stage a sit-in on Srinagar Highway November 4 next.
