Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan (JI) head Siraj ul Haq Sunday said the Noor Muqaddam murder case was a result of a culture of ‘Mera Jism, Meri Marzi’.
The JI head was addressing a ceremony of the foundation day of his party in Peshawar on Sunday and said he had also witnessed Minar-e-Pakistan sad on the incident of a TikToker girl’s molestation there.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, Siraj said all the mainstream parties including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, and Pakistan People’s Party adopted English laws to continue the status quo in the country.
He urged the PTI government that it should not repeat Pervez Musharraf's mistake to facilitate NATO troops fleeing from Afghanistan in Pakistan.
He opposed the Pakistan government’s decision of giving a stopover to the NATO army men in Pakistan and said such a decision was taken by the rulers under pressure.
