Federal cabinet met on Tuesday and approved signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between NAB and FBI, the US top agency, rejecting the Human Rights Minister Shireen Mazari opposition.
It was reported, Shireen Mazari opposed the move and said MoU move would open a political Pandora box but federal cabinet bulldozed the dissent voice and approved the MoU signing between anti-graft watchdog NAB and FBI.
The MoU will pave the way for the FBI in Pakistan, the TV channel reported. The Human Rights Minister did not participate in today's federal cabinet meeting.
