President of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians Asif Ali Zardari visited the shrines of martyrs of democracy in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
He offered Fatiha at the shrine of his late wife and former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, who was assassinated in 2007.
He also laid flowers at the shrine of his father-in-law and former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, who was hanged in 1979.
Zardari also visited the shrines of Benazir's brothers, Mir Shahnawaz Bhutto and Mir Murtaza Bhutto, who were killed in 1985 and 1996, respectively.
He prayed for the supremacy of democracy in Pakistan and the country's economic stability at the shrine of the martyrs of democracy.
He was accompanied by his daughter Aseefa Bhutto Zardari and Benazir's sister Sanam Bhutto. Aseefa and Sanam also paid their respects at the shrines of their mother, grandfather, grandmother Begum Nusrat Bhutto, and uncles.
They recited the Quran and prayed for the reward of all the martyrs including Benazir Bhutto.
