Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has convened an All Parties Conference (APC) on July 5 on electoral reforms, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Quoting sources, the TV channel reported that all opposition parties and members of the civil society have been invited to the APC.
The sources further told 24News TV channel that a contact committee had also been formed with PML-N leader and former National Assembly (NA) speaker Ayaz Sadiq as its head, which had been tasked with making arrangements for the conference.
In this connection, Sadiq had already started reaching out to leaders of the opposition parties, they informed.
It is worth mentioning here that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) heads’ meeting is also to be held on July 5.
