Pakistan national assembly members representing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) reposing full confidence in the leadership of Secretary General Omar Ayub Khan have recommended the party’s core committee not to accept his resignation.
According to 24NewsHD TV channel, the members of the PTI National Assembly stood in unison against the resignation of Omar Ayub Khan, advocating for his continued leadership as the party’s secretary general and service.
The assembly members unanimously passed a resolution expressing full confidence in Ayub's leadership, firmly rejecting any notion of a forward block within the party.
The resolution continued that all members of PTI are united under the leadership of founder and lifetime chairman Imran Khan.
“There is no truth in the news of any kind of forward block being formed in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf,” the resolution added.
The lawmakers reiterated their unwavering support for the founder Imran Khan, dismissing rumors of internal divisions as baseless.
