Immediately responding to the press conference addressed by federal ministers Asad Umar and Fawad Chaudhry in which they said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was ready to show the ‘threatening letter’, which as per his claim, his government had received from some powers, to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP) Khalid Jawed Khan on Tuesday suggested to the government not to do so, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Quoting sources, the channel reported that the AGP had advised to the government not to drag the Supreme Court (SC) into political matters.

Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar had said on Tuesday that Prime Minister Imran Khan was ready to show to the CJP the ‘letter’, which he (the prime minister) had claimed at Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s (PTI) public gathering in Islamabad two days ago (Sunday, March 27, 2022) contained a threatening message for him and his government.
