Durefishan’s caption reads:
“I always say I am not deserving of most of the things I get in life but someone somewhere always keeps telling me that we are deserving of all we get.Shot Khaie post my accident could hardly move my back and shoulder-today when I look back ;I am unable to understand the strength I had -the same girl who can’t move out of her bed post a slight stomach ache shot one of the most physically challenging roles of her life making me again the biggest believer of the fact that when you leave everything on ALLAH- he holds you even when everyone around would want you to fall.Khaie came to me 2 years before. We were planning to go on floor and the floods happened -cut to Khaie happening while I was shooting IM And the dates were crazy -15 days in Karachi 15 days in sakardu -I wouldn’t have done this for any other drama than Khaie -which is all because of the producers like abdullah bhai and asad bhai who can produce something as grand as this without compromising on production value.
Wajhat bhai I say it many times and I’ll say it again -NO one could have done justice to this script but youu and no one could have made me do Zamda like you
To my channar Khana -faysal bhai Thankyou for letting me be zamda without ever telling me how to be zamda.your craft shines because of the human you are.
"To Durab baba up there looking at all of us with all the pride-this is your Khaie and will be yours always
To my laila jee from dilrubaa to Khaie as we say -Thankyou for being my mama and for always looking out for me or my motion sickness
To my gulwareeen -I found a friend who used to hug me every time I needed one without asking me what’s wrong.i love you
To my bro clan shujaa Osama mahe-to ludo nights and to fail food plans -couldn’t have asked for better company in the mountains.
To my team who deserve the most applaus Amir bhai -for handling logistics like a pro-making sure we are accommodated -be it our food or garam pani or rooms with the best view
Yash and shella baji for making us all look like this. To Jamil for being the best DOP I have ever come across in Pakistan and to tehseen for making sure we stay on the schedule chahaaa adhiii ho ya taufaaan”
The ‘Khaie’ star also pinned a few credits in her comments, so she could not miss anyone.
Saying goodbye to a project that has been a significant part of one's life is never easy, but it also marks a new chapter and opens doors to exciting opportunities ahead.
Farewells like these evoke a sense of nostalgia for the moments that were shared and gratitude for the experiences gained. It's a testament to the power of storytelling and the lasting impression that characters and narratives can leave on audiences.
