Pakistan cricket team is looking to restore its confidence ahead on the World Cup as it takes on hosts England in the third T20 International being played at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff tonight, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The match will start at 10:30pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST) (5:30 GMT).

England led the four-match series 1-0, having won the second match by 23 runs after the first match was washed out due to rain.

Pakistani team now has the final opportunity to level the series and keep their hopes alive.

In preparation for this critical match, the Pakistani players have undergone intensive training sessions at Cardiff and focused on their bowling, batting, and fielding skills.

England’s regular captain Jos Buttler will be absent from this match due to the birth of his child. Moeen Ali will assume the captaincy in his place.

However, there is a high chance of rain in Cardiff which could affect the match. According to The Weather Channel, there is a 92 percent chance of downpour on Tuesday.

The final match of the series will be played at The Oval in London on Thursday.

This is the last series for both sides before the T20 World Cup 2024, which will begin in the United States and West Indies from June 1.
