Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said the historic agreements between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will strengthen the economy and take bilateral relations to new heights.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Punjab CM Naqvi said in his message from UAE on Tuesday that the agreements between Pakistan and the UAE have ushered in a new era of economic cooperation.
CM Naqvi said the implementation of the agreements will have positive effects soon.
He said the Pakistani delegation received a special welcome in the UAE and the meeting with President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was very useful. He added that the role of the Army Chief in the agreements with the UAE is also commendable.
The CM said investment treaties will give a new dimension to mutual relations as the UAE will invest in energy, port operations projects, wastewater treatment, food security, banking and financial services among others.
UAE's investment will pave the way for economic stability in Pakistan and a new era of economic partnership with the UAE will begin, he said adding that Pakistan and the UAE have historic and deep brotherly ties that have stood the test of time.
He said the people of Pakistan and UAE are bound in historical ties of love, brotherhood and brotherhood and the hearts of the people of both countries beat together.
