Bangladesh tops the list, followed by Canada, Saudi Arabia, India, Turkey, Egypt, Colombia, Pakistan, Moldova, Argentina, US, UK, Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, Australia, Brazil, Finland, Denmark, France, Norway, Hungary, Bulgaria, China, Ukraine, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore, Georgia, and Armenia, according to Gender, Institutions and Development Database, the percentage of women who have experienced physical and/or sexual violence from an intimate partner at some time in their life.
