Ukraine said Tuesday it suspected Moscow was responsible for the poisoning of Marianna Budanova, the wife of Ukrainian military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov.
"(The) investigation will show, but this is the main hypothesis," Ukrainian military intelligence spokesman Andriy Yusov told AFP, when asked if Russia might be involved.
