Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has called for a comprehensive plan to tackle urban flooding and hill torrents in order to potect public, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif chaired a special meeting in Lahore on Friday to review measures to deal with urban flooding, river flooding and hill torrents in Punjab.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has also given in-principle approval to purchase machinery to prevent urban flooding.
