Supreme Court of Pakistan’s Constitutional Bench is set to hear petition against the privatization of national carrier PIA and plea seeking vote to right for overseas Pakistanis in the first week of December, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

A six-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hold a hearing on December 2 on PTI founder Imran Khan’s petition seeking right to vote for overseas Pakistanis in elections. 

The Supreme Court has issued notices to all the concerned parties in the case to appear before the court on December 2. 

Meanwhile, six-member SC constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hold hearing on December 5 against the proposed privatization of PIA by the government.  

Supreme Court has issued notices to CEO of PIA and other parties including the Ministry of Finance to appear before the court.

The SC constitutional bench is also set to hear Audio Leaks case on December 2. Supreme Court has issued notices to all parties to appear before the court.
