Punjab government Saturday once again refused to relieve the services of CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mahmood Dogar, reported 24NewsHd TV channel.
It is the third time that Punjab has declined the feral government order to relieve CCPO Lahore.
In a letter to the Federation, Punjab requested the Federation to continue the services of Ghulam Mahmood Dogar in Punjab.
Punjab Govt said in view of law and order and long march, Ghulam Mahmood Dogar cannot be relieved as the Competent Authority/Chief Minister Punjab desires to retain the services of Ghulam
Mahmood Dogar, in wake of the security arrangements vis-à-vis ongoing Long March, the arrival of Sikh Yatrees from India through the Wahga Border for participation in 100 years celebrations of Saka Punja Sahib and the Tableeghi Ijtama.
