Three passengers arriving in Karachi from Saudi Arabia have been transferred to the Sindh Infectious Diseases Hospital after showing symptoms of monkeypox, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to hospital officials, the passengers were moved to isolation wards as a precaution while awaiting their test results.
The hospital administration has confirmed that the suspected patients exhibited red spots on their bodies, a key indicator of monkeypox.
Until the test reports confirm the diagnosis, the patients will remain in isolation for further observation.
Health authorities are closely monitoring the situation to prevent any potential outbreak.
