The rains and floods have wreaked havoc in different districts of Balochistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
In Quetta, the national highway remains closed as the temporary path of Panjara Bridge was washed away by a water current.
Due to the closure of Panjara Bridge, the land connection of Quetta with Sukkur, Jacobabad and different areas of Sindh was suspended.
The Panjra Bridge was temporarily built a few days ago, but it once again fell victim to floods.
It is to be noted here that the bridge was washed away by a flood last year too.
In Usta Muhammad, dozens of villages were flooded after breaches occurred in Mathari Canal and Qaba Canal in Gandakha tehsil.
The dead body of a woman, who died in Ali Hasan Nichari village, was brought to the cemetery for burial through floodwater.
The land connection of Khan Muhammad Nichari, Ali Hasan Nichari and other villages has been cut off from Gandakha city.
The breaches had occurred in Mathari and Qaba canals three days ago.
In Jhal Magsi, dozens of flood-hit people in different villages are yet to be rescued.
The people, trapped in floodwater, have run out of clean water and food. At least 10 mud houses have collapsed due to the accumulation of floodwater for two days.
