Three new 450 kilometer long road corridors will be started in Punjab, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
In this this regard, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz approved the new corridors in a special meeting.
According to plan Sahiwal to Chichawatani and Rajana to Layyah two-way road will be constructed while the single road from Dipalpur to Vihari will be converted into a two-way road.
Moreover, a new two-way road will be built from Shorkot to Jhang Chiragwali.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz ordered to start the new corridors in three months.
All three projects will be completed by December 2025 at a cost of Rs210 billion.
