Hajj pilgrims perform 'Rami al-Jamarat' for 2nd consecutive day today

Around three million Hujjaj who assembled at Mina from across the world will perform Rami al-Jamarat for a second consecutive day on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Hujjaj are converging at Jamarat complex to perform Rami- al-Jamarat on the 11th of Dhul Hijjah.

According to Radio Pakistan, under the close supervision of Saudi authorities, they will stone the devil in a three-story bridge erected to ease congestion.

Rami al-Jamarat is the riskiest part of the annual Hajj pilgrimage as millions of people gather at one point ‘Satan Complex’ to stone the devil.

This year, to ensure the safety of Muslims’ biggest annual gathering, the Saudi government has deployed over 10,000 security forces and medics under modern technology to monitor the entire situation at all points.

Group leaders of Hujjaj, carrying specific flags are directing them to the complex. To protect themselves from the scorching heat, many of the faithful holding umbrellas, and some are carrying their old age Hujjaj on wheelchairs.

Pakistani guides and Moavineen are working round the clock to help misplaced Hujjaj near Jamrat complex and guiding them to their designated camps.

The stoning ritual will continue till Saturday.

It is worth mentioning that Pakistan medical mission helped 112 pilgrims having health issues to perform Waqoof e Arafat through 18 designated Ambulances and two busses.

These cases include heart, cancer, diabetes, and patients with backbone problem.
