An accused has been arrested for posting against institutions in Sahiwal, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to police, a case was registered against accused Iftikhar Ahmed at Noorshah police station for posting against institutions.
Meanwhile, police arrested two suspects who robbed petrol pump staff three days ago in Rawalpindi.
Police said that the total amount stolen was Rs 19,22,640 which has been recovered from the arrested accused.
The arrested suspects include pump employee Faizan and Anzar Gul, alias Bora, who is an Afghan citizen.
SSP Operations Kashif Zulfiqar handed over the money recovered from the robbers to the plaintiff.
Earlier, on receiving the information about the incident, CPO Syed Khalid Hamdani took notice and ordered the immediate arrest of the suspects.
Police said that the petrol pump staff was going to the bank with cash when the suspects snatched the cash at gunpoint on the way.
The head of the external police registered a case of the incident and traced and arrested the suspects through technical means and human intelligence.
The suspects will be charged with challan and arrested with solid evidence.
