Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has halted the long march after the death of a journalist, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
The tragedy took place in Muridke. Channel 5 reporter Sadaf was on duty when she fell off the container.
The long vehicle ran over her leaving her dead.

She was conducting a TV programme with a senior journalist, Zia Shahid on channel 5, a TV channel of the Khabrian Group.
As soon as the sad story made headlines, politicians, journalists, and civil society activists expressed condolence.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif took to Twitter to express sympathy to the bereaved family of the deceased. He paid tribute to Sadaf Naeem.
Former planning minister Asad Umer expressed sorrow and grief over the demise.
