The Lahore Board on Wednesday announced the results of the Matriculation Supplementary Examination, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to result, Manahil Shehzadi stood first with 1,013 marks while Muhammad Afaq stood second with 965 marks. Both students appeared in exams as private candidates.
As many as 44,881 students appeared in the exam and 23,991 candidates failed and 20891 passed and the success rate in the exam was 46 percent.
According to Controller Examination, this year the results have been given 19 days earlier than last year.
Meanwhile, Education Board Dera Ghazi Khan also announced the results of Matriculation Supplementary Examinations.
According to result the pass percentage in the exams was 52.25 percent.
Commissioner and Chairman Education Board Dr. Nasir Mahmood Bashir clicked and made the result online.
Students can also get the results from the website of the institution.
As many as 6960 male and female students participated in the matric second annual examinations and 3637 candidates were successful while 62.22 percent girl students and 48.74 percent male students passed.
Secretary Education Board Abdul Rahman Rasheed, Controller of Examinations Muzaffar Hussain and others were present in the ceremony.
