PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi reviews National Stadium Karachi’s upgradation work

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi visited National Stadium Karachi and reviewed the on-going upgradation work, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.


During his visit, the PCB chairman also inspected the construction work of the stadium. He also directed to display score screen on a proper place.


He said that currently cricket fans facing difficulties in watching cricket match as the score screen displaced at lower place. He further ordered to display the score screen on higher level so fans can enjoy matches without facing any difficulty.


Mohsin Naqvi also directed to construct parking area near the stadium to facilitate cricket fans. He said that construction, renovation and upgradation work should be completed as per assigned deadline.


He said that top teams of the cricket world are taking part in the ICC Champions Trophy and hosting such a mega event is an honor for Pakistan.


He directed relevant officials of Frontier Works Organization (FWO) to complete the project timely, while FWO officials briefed the chairman PCB about upgradation project of the stadium.


Advisor Amir Mir, Manager National Bank cricket stadium Arshad Khan and high officials of FWO were also present on the occasion.
