India has turned down a request from Pakistan’s national carrier to operate a special flight for Hindu Yatrees, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

As many as 162 Hindus yatrees were due to travel to Pakistan to perform their religious rituals at a temple in Kohat.

After the BJP government’s refusal to grant permission to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) to operate a special flight, these Hindu pilgrims will now travel through the Wagah border in Lahore. The yatrees will then be flown to Peshawar for their onward journey to Kohat temple on buses.
