Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians (PTI-P) chief Pervaiz Khattak Saturday said no government can be formed without me.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Pervaiz Khattak addressed a public meeting in Swabi and said political parties that attack the Pak Army are enemies of the country.
Khattak criticized the opportunistic use of ethnic and religious identities in politics and referred to Maulana Fazlur Rehman, who was accused of exploiting religious sentiments for personal gain rather than genuinely advocating for Islamic principles.
He highlighted his efforts for educational reforms, infrastructure development, and economic progress in the region. He also shed light on his efforts in establishing solar systems in mosques and improving schools through teacher training and merit-based hiring.
The PTI-P chief expressed a vision for institutional improvements, advocating for the enhancement of schools, attendance of teachers, and the overall educational system. Mentioning a substantial increase in job opportunities, the speaker highlighted the merit-based recruitment of seven thousand teachers.
Khattak accused former Prime Minister Imran Khan of failing to allocate sufficient funds to KP and questioned his commitment to the region's development.
Khattak also delved into the leader's perception of Imran Khan's handling of international relations, specifically the strained relationship with the United States. He also made accusations regarding Imran Khan's confrontations with the military and his reluctance to secure funds for the province.
In a surprising revelation, the leader hinted at a forthcoming release of the party's manifesto, promising to unveil key principles and priorities in the coming week.
He concluded his address with a critical evaluation of the country's current state, attributing its challenges to political decisions and advocating for a renewed focus on the welfare of the people.
