Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan has filed a writ petition in Islamabad High Court challenging the order of the accountability court’s judge suspending his right to defence in Toshakhana case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In his petition filed on Tuesday, the PTI founder urged Islamabad High Court that his right to defence should be restored by declaring the accountability court judge’s order null and void.
The former prime minister filed the petition in high court through his counsel Barrister Salman Safdar and Advocate Ch Zaheer Abbas.
