Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra was reported to have been caught in a frustrating traffic jam on her way to a shoot, and a clip of the ordeal has gone viral.
In a video posted on her Instagram Stories, the 'Kesari' actress documented the gridlock and humorously shared her exasperation.
“Will the traffic ever end? Tired before you reach the shoot,” she wrote.
The clip shows Parineeti sitting in her car, visibly stuck in the congestion, highlighting the struggles of navigating city traffic even for celebrities.
With a strong social media presence of 44 million followers, Chopra shares glimpses into her personal and professional life.
In a previous post, the Ishaqzaade star revealed the exhaustion accompanying long filming schedules. She shared a video from her car on the 37th day of shooting, mistakenly labelled it “Day 36.”
Later, she corrected herself in a follow-up post, humorously admitting, “Actually Day 37. Blame the fatigue.”
Providing further insight into the demanding nature of filmmaking, she also shared a video of the camera crew and quipped, “Cameras also holding onto each other for support.”
Apart from her work updates, Parineeti recently expressed admiration for her husband, politician Raghav Chadha, who has been actively addressing the issue of overpriced food at airports. With the Delhi elections approaching, Chadha, an AAP MP, launched the #UdaanYatriCafe initiative to provide affordable food and drinks to travellers.
Chopra posted a video of Chadha’s speech in Parliament, calling for “corrective measures” to control inflated food prices at airports. She said she was proud of her husband for being a true leader for the people and fixing a real problem.
Parineeti is currently filming the second schedule of an untitled drama. Additionally, she is gearing up for Anurag Singh’s much-anticipated thriller Sanki alongside Varun Dhawan.
