Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) has chosen Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) Ali Khurshidi as its Opposition Leader in the Sindh Assembly.
The 24News HD TV channel reported on Sunday that MQM-Pakistan has elected the opposition leader of the Sindh Assembly and Ali Khurshidi will lead the opposition party.
MPA Ali Khurshidi has also served as a parliamentary leader in the Sindh Assembly in the previous parliamentary term.
Ali Khurshidi won from Karachi's PS-119 constituency by securing 22,424 votes and has previously served as a member of the provincial legislature from 2018 to 2023.
