Ogra increases LPG price

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced an increase in the price of LPG for the month of April, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The LPG price has swollen to Rs248.37 per kg after an increase of 54 paisas.
After the rise in LPG pirce, the 11.8-kg domestic cylinder will now cost Rs2,930 after an increase of Rs6.40 in its price.
According to Ogra notification, the LPG price is linked to dollar rate and Saudi Arabia’s Aramco company.
During the month of March, there was an average surge of 0.75 percent in dollar rate which automatically impacted on LPG price.
