A young orphan girl was kidnapped and sexually abused in Bahawalnagar on Thursday by a goon and after her condition deteriorated, the accused threw the victim in fields and ran away, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Rescue team shifted the victim to a nearby hospital while police booked the accused on the complaint of victim’s mother.

Meanwhile, the accused, after submitting a copy of the Nikah to the investigation officer, claimed that the girl was his wife.

The victim girl, while refuting the Nikah claim, told police that the accused forcibly got her signatures and thumb impressions on various papers.

Bahawalnagar police was investigating the authenticity of Nikah submitted by the accused.
