Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has set "Key Performance Indicators" (KPI) to evaluate the performance of police officers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Police officers from across the province met with Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Thursday.

Under KPI, marks will be given for public complaints, FIR, indictment, no go area, search operation and exceptional performance.

Traffic, prevention of kite flying and firing, arrest of persons involved in serious crimes, holding open court will also get marks.
