Gold becomes more expensive, silver rates remain unchanged

Gold prices increased by Rs100 per tola on Wednesday, as rising inflation fears dulled risk appetite and boosted demand for the safe-haven metal.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, gold has become expensive by Rs100 per tola and its new price has reached Rs126,250.
The channel report said 10 grams of gold increased by Rs86 to Rs108,239 while a silver towel remained unchanged at Rs1,460.
The report said that in the global market, gold rose by $17 and its per ounce price has reached $1,820.
