IHC to take up pleas against election ordinance tomorrow

The Islamabad High Court will take up pleas against the Election Act Amendment Ordinance and the action of the Election Commission tomorrow.

IHC Chief Justice Amir Farooq will hear the three applications filed by PTI’s Shoaib Shaheen, Ali Bukhari and Aamir Mughal.

The petitioners requested the court to annul the Election Act Amendment Ordinance and grant a stay order as long as the case is pending.
