Popular Pakistani actor Adeel Hussain’s mother Roohi Najam passed away today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

The funeral prayer of the lady has been offered at her hometown today at 12:30 pm.

Adeel Hussain shared the grim update regarding his mom’s demise through a heartfelt note on his Instagram handle, almost a few hours ago which reads: “The woman who was always a light of our lives. Words fail me as we wish her so long. Forever in our hearts and minds. #RoohiNajam.”

The actor also shared the details regarding the funeral prayers of his late mother during the post accompanying the above-mentioned sad narration. The details say: “Though our heart ache, we find solace in the beautiful memories she leaves behind. Her legacy of compassion and grace will continue to inspire us every day. Please recite Surrah Fateha to be held at Bilal Mosque Itehad Area.”
