NHMP issues new advisory for use of M-Tag Lane

The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) issued a new advisory for the use of M-Tag Lane on Tuesday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the M-Tag Good Balance Lanes will be used only if the vehicle has the M-Tag from June 5, 2023.
The NHMP in a tweet warned the drivers that they should be aware of their lanes and if they do have not the M-Tag then should not violate the lanes and disturb the flow of traffic.
The NHMP said in the tweet that the violators of the M-Tag Lanes will be fined under Section 48, Schedules 10 and 12 of the National Highways Safety Ordinance 2000.
The NHMP warned the drivers that if they do have not the M-Tag then they should keep their vehicles in Cash Lanes.
