Opposition Leader in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh was taken to Jinnah Hospital again on Friday.

Haleem complained about pain in the kidney and was shifted to Jinnah Hosptial after medication in prison could not provide him with relief.

A few days ago, the PTI leader was hospitalised over health issues. He has been in custody on charges of violence but he denied any wrongdoing.

He complained about the snake’s presence in his prison cell and subjecting him and other PTI activists to brutal torture last month.

Prime Minister Imran Khan took exception to the Sindh government for making Haleem suffer the worst, saying: “Leaving’ snake in the prison cell of an opposition leader is lamentable.”
