The dead body of an England-based Kashmiri woman was found in a room of a private hotel in Islamabad, reported 24News HD TV channel.
According to police, the deceased was identified as Zainab, aged 78, was hailing from Azad Kashmir.
The deceased woman was planning to leave for the UK. However, due to a delay in the schedule of the flight, the woman returned to the hotel for an overnight stay. She was found dead in her room on Sunday morning.
Police reached the site and shifted her body to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) hospital for post-mortem.
The Civil Secretariat police said that the woman was a heart patient and her body was handed over to her son after the autopsy.
