Sindh introduces biometric attendance for employees of all institutes

Sindh government has introduced a biometric attendance system for the employees of all provincial departments after reports of their continuous absence, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to details, officers and other staff coming late to government institutions is a cause of concern for the Sindh Chief Minister.

To check this, the Department of Services General Administration has sent a letter to all government institutions to make biometrics.

The government has also decided to install biometric machines in all government offices where all employees will register their attendance through ring finger.

Entry and exit of employees will now be statically done through a biometric machine.
