PK-1 Upper Chitral: PTI-backed Soraya Bibi has won the election with 18914 votes while JUI's Shakeel Ahmed remained second with 10533 votes. PPPP's Siraj Ali Khan has secured the third position with 9281 votes. 

PK-2 Lower Chitral: Independent candidate Fetah-ul-Mulk Ali Nasir has won the election by securing 28510 votes while PPPP's Saleem Khan remained second with 22995 votes. JUI-F's Mufti Faiz Muhammad Maqsood has secured the third position with 19882.

PK-3 Swat-I: PTI-backed independent candidate Mian Sharafat Ali has won the election with 23559  votes while PML-N's Malik Jhangir remained second with 11260  votes.

PK-4 Swat-II: Independent candidate Ali Shah has won the election with 30022 votes while PML-N's Sardar Khan remained second with 12514 votes.

PK-5 Swat-III: PTI-backed Independent candidate Akhtar Khan has won the election with 24055 votes while JUI's Sanaullah Khan remained second with 15462 votes. PMLN Amir Muqam has secured the third position with 14804 votes.

PK-6 Swat-IV: Independent candidate Fazal Hakeem Khan has won the election with 25330 votes while PTI-P's Iftikhar Ahmed remained second with 19422 votes. PML-N candidate Irshad Ali has secured the third position with 8930 votes while JI candidate Muhammad Ameen has obtained the fourth position with 8464 votes. JUI's Hujat Ali has bagged the fifth position with 5221 votes.

PK-7 Swat-V: Independent candidate Dr Amjad Ali Khan has won the election with 366 votes while ANP's Sheh Shah remained second with 126 votes.

PK-8 Swat-VI: Independent candidate Hameed ur Rehman has won the election with 12247 votes while independent candidate Islma Ud Din remained second with 253 votes. ANP's Iftikhar Ahmed has secured third position with 82 votes and PML-N's Jallat Khan remained fourth with 52 votes.

PK-9 Swat-VII: Independent candidate Sultan has won the election with 17383 votes while PTI-P candidate Mohib Ullah Khan remained second with 3789 votes.

PK-10 Swat-VIII: PTI-backed Independent candidate Naeem Khan has won the election with 19107 votes while PTI-P's candidate Mahmood Khan remained second with 13082 votes.

PK-11 Upper Dir-I: Independent candidate Gul Ibrahim Khan has won the election with 20130 votes while JI's Muhammad Ali remained second with 13533 votes. PPP candidate Badshah Saleh has secured the third position with 8866 votes.PML-N's Abdul Ghafar has secured third position with 364 votes.

PK-12 Upper Dir-II: PTI-backed Independent candidate Muhammad Yamin Khan has won the election with 23915 votes while JI's Malik Azam Khan remained second with 12531 votes. PPP's Sahabzada Sanaullah has secured the third position with 12236 votes. 

PK-13 Upper Dir-III: Independent candidate Anwar Khan has won the election with 32043 votes while JI's Inayat Ullah Khan remained second with 25457 votes. 

PK-14 Lower Dir-I: Independent candidate Muhammad Azam Khan has won the election with 3595 votes while another independent candidate Sahabzada Yaqoob remained second with 1267 votes.

PK-15 Lower Dir-II: Independent candidate Humayun Khan has won the seat by 10655 votes. He secured 31,346 votes while PPP candidate Naeemullah remained second with 14691 votes. 

PK-16 Lower Dir-III: PTI-backed Independent candidate Shafi Ullah has won the election with 31208 votes while JI's Shadnawaz Khan remained second with 11525 votes.

PK-17 Lower Dir-IV: JI Izaz ul-Mulk has won the election with 25124 votes while PMLN independent candidate Obaidur Rehman remained second with 22981 votes. ANP Haji Bahadur Khan has secured the third position with 10878 votes.

PK-18 Lower Dir-V: PTI-backed independent candidate Liaquat Ali Khan has won the election with 24625 votes while JI's Saeed Gul remained second with 16059 votes.

PK-19 Bajaur-I: Independent candidate Hameed Ur Rehman won the seat by 9374 votes. He secured 23044 votes while independent candidate Khalid Khan remained second with 13571 votes. 

PK-20 Bajaur-II: JI's Waheed Gul has won the seat by 136 votes. He secured 13039 votes while independent candidate Anwar Zaib Khan remained second with 12903.

PK-21 Bajaur-III: JI's Sardar Khan has won the seat by 1131. He secured 16844 votes while Independent candidate Ajmal Khan remained second with 15713. 

PK-22 Bajaur-IV: Election Postponed

PK-23 Malakand-I: PTI's independent candidate Shakeel Ahmad Khan won by 28,875. He secured 51939 votes while PPP's Engineer Muhammad Hamayun Khan remained second with 23064. 

PK-24 Malakand-II:  Independent candidate Musawir Khan won the election. He secured 43193 votes while PPP's Syed Muhammad Ali Shah remained second with 22198 votes. 

PK-25 Buner-I: Independent candidate Riaz Khan won the election scoring 48499 votes against JUI's Fazal Gafoor who bagged 12702 votes for second position.

PK-26 Buner-II: Independent candidate Fakhar Jahan has won the election with 26782 votes while JI's Nasir Ali remained second with 15216 votes. JUI Israr Ahmad has secured 15216 votes.

PK-27 Buner-III: PTI-backed independent candidate Abdul Kabir Khan has won the election with 27821 votes while ANP Sardar Hussain remained second with 15439 votes.

PK-28 Shangla-I: PMLN Muhammad Rushad Khan has won the election with 17172 votes while PTI-backed independent candidate Shaukat Ali Walad Muhammad Ali remained second with 11873 votes.

PK-29 Shangla-II: PTI-backed Abdul Munam has won the election with 14255 votes while JUI's Shoukat Ali remained second with 13160 votes. ANP Faisal Zaib has secured the third position with 7297 votes.

PK-30 Shangla-III: PML-N candidate Ibadullah has won by 358 votes. He secured 14221 votes while an independent candidate Sadar Al-Rahman is second with 13863 votes.

PK-31 Kohistan Upper: Independent candidate Fazal Haq has won with 14,384 votes while an independent candidate Satbar Khan came second with 9,185 votes.

PK-32 Kohistan Lower: JUI's Sajjad Ullah has won by 1330. He secured 13826 while independent candidate Khan Mimbar is second with 12496 votes. 

PK-33 Kolai Palas: Independent candidate mohammad Riaz won the seat with 7118 votes while Jamal Din remained second with  6357 votes.

PK-34 Battagram-I:  PTI-backed independent candidate Engineer Zubair Khan has secured the victory with 13501 votes.  JUI Syed Hussain Shah remained second with 11,628.

PK-35 Battagram-II: Independent candidate Taj Muhammad Tarand won the seat bagging 23006 votes. JUI's Nawabzada Wali Muhammad Khan is second with 15182 votes.

PK-36 Mansehra-I: Independent candidate Munir Hussain Lughmani has won by 4660 votes. He secured 35074 votes while PML (N) Syed Junaid Ali Qasim remained second with 30414. 

PK-37 Mansehra-II: PTI's nominated independent candidate Babar Salim Swati has won by 14,263. He secured 35213 votes while PML-N Sardar Zahoor Ahmad remained second with 20,950 votes. 

PK-38 Mansehra-III: Independent candidate Zahid Chanzeb has won by 12203. He secured 38804 votes while PML-N's Muhammad Naeem remained second with 26601 votes. 

PK-39 Mansehra-IV: PTI-backed Ikramullah has won the election with 23853 votes while PMLN's Muhammad Arif remained second with 19331 votes. JUI Abrar Hussain has secured the third position with 16823 votes.

PK-40 Mansehra-V: PML-N's Sardar Shahjahan Yusuf has won by 332 votes. He secured 44,012 votes while independent candidate Abdul Shakur Khan remained second with 43680 votes. 

PK-41 Torghar: Independent candidate Laiq Muhammad Khan has won the election with 11059 votes while ANP's Zareen Gul remained second with 9469 votes..

PK-42 Abbottabad-I: Independent candidate Nazir Ahmed Abbasi has won by 7820 votes. He secured 35443 while PML-N's Sardar Farid Ahmed Khan remained second with 27,623. 

PK-43 Abbottabad-II: Independent candidate Rajab Ali Abbasi has won by 20373 votes. He secured 41,242 while independent candidate Javed Abbasi remained second with 20,869.

PK-44 Abbottabad-III: Independent candidate Iftikhar Khan Jadoon has won the election with 34867 votes while PML-N candidate Sardar Aurangzeb Nalotha remained second with 32585 votes.

PK-45 Abbottabad-IV: PTI-backed independent candidate Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani has won the election with 50143 votes while PML-N's Arshad Awan has secured second position with 27498 votes.

PK-46 Haripur-I:  Independent candidate Akbar Ayub Khan has won by 40508. He secured 68,835 votes while an independent candidate Qazi Asad Khan remained second with 28,327 votes. 

PK-47 Haripur-II: Independent candidate Arshad Ayub Khan has won by 38,418 votes. He secured 73,038 while independent candidate Raja Faisal Zaman remained second with 34,620 votes.

PK-48 Haripur-III:  Independent candidate Malik Adeel Iqbal has won by 20,040 votes. He secured 41,777 while independent candidate Gohar Nawaz Khan remained second with 21,737.

PK-49 Swabi-I: Independent candidate Rangiz Ahmed has won by 21,380 votes. He secured 36692 votes while JUI's Ghafur Khan Jadoun remained second with 15312 votes.  

PK-50 Swabi-II: Independent candidate Aqib Ullah Khan has won by 19,781 votes. He secured 40,870 votes while PML (N)’s Babar Khan remained second with 21,089.

PK-51 Swabi-III: Independent Abdul Karim Khan has won the election with 39653 votes while PML-N candidate Nawaz Zada remained second with 17898 votes.

PK-52 Swabi-IV:  Independent candidate Faisal Khan has won by 18952 votes. He secured 42269 votes while  ANP's Tasueef Ijaz remained second with 23,317 votes.

PK-53 Swabi-V: PTI-backed Murtaza Khan has won the election with 40825 votes while ANP Muhammad Zahid remained second with 20661 votes. PMLN Adil Khan has secured the third position with 6973 votes. 

PK-54 Mardan-I: Independent candidate Zarshad Khan Aqib Ullah has won by 42,754 votes. He secured votes while ANP’s Gohar Ali Shah remained second with 17,064 votes.

PK-55 Mardan-II:  PTI-backed Independent candidate Tufail Anjum has won the election with 41,084 votes while JUI's Adnan Khan came second with 28,623 votes. 

 PK-56 Mardan-III: PTI-backed Independent candidate Ameer Farzand Khan has won the election with 33430 votes while ANP's Abdul Aziz remained second with 16823 votes. JUI Obaid Ullah has secured the third position with 16484 votes.

PK-57 Mardan-IV: Independent candidate Muhammad Zahir Shah has won the election with 34437 votes while ANP candidate Ahmad Khan remained second with 16237 votes.

PK-58 Mardan-V: Independent candidate Muhammad Abdul Salam has won the election with 38126 while ANP candidate Amir Haider Hoti remained second with 26497 votes.

PK-59 Mardan-VI: PTI-backed Tariq Mahmood Aryani has won the election with 28349 votes while ANP Muhammad Haroon Khan remained second with 14256 votes. JUI Aqil Khan has secured the third position with 9941 votes.

PK-60 Mardan-VII: Independent candidate Iftikhar Mashwani has won the election with 29186 votes  while ANP's Sher Afghan Khan remained second with 15203 votes. 

PK-61 Mardan-VIII: PTI-backed independent candidate Ehtisham Khan Advocate won the election with 32984 votes while PML-N's Jamshed Khan Mohmand remained second with 20645 votes.

PK-62 Charsadda-I: Independent candidate Khalid Khan has won by 12092 votes. He secured 29402 votes while QWP's Sikandar Hayat Khan remained second with 173101 votes. 

PK-63 Charsadda-II:  Independent candidate Arshad Ali has won by 10,972 votes. He secured 34395 votes while ANP's Shakeel Bashir Khan remained second with 23,423 votes.

PK-64 Charsadda-III: Independent candidate Iftikhar Ullah Jan has won the election with 39538 votes while ANP Sultan Muhammad Khan remained second with 19022 votes. JUI Arshad Abdullah has secured the third position with 13837 votes.

PK-65 Charsadda-IV: Independent candidate Fazal Shakoor Khan has won the election with 43103 votes votes while JUI's Muhammad Ahmad Khan remained second with 18266 votes.

PK-66 Charsadda-VI: PTI-backed Independent candidate Muhammad Arif has won the election with 33155 votes while JUI's Haji Zafar Ali Khan remained second with 17598 votes.

PK-67 Mohmand-I: PTI-backed independent candidate Mehboob Sher has won the election with 15127 votes while ANP Nisar Ahmad remained second with 7413 votes. JUI Hafiz Rasheed Ahmad has secured 7024 votes.

PK-68 Mohmand-II: PTI-backed nominated candidate Dr Israr won the election with 20690 votes while JUI's Hanif ul Zaman remained second with 12156 votes.

PK-69 Khyber-I: Independent candidate Adnan Qadri has won by 15,501 votes. He secured 25596 votes while PML-N candidate Shafiq Afridi remained second with 10,095 votes.

PK-70 Khyber-II: PTI-backed: Independent candidate Sohail Afridi has won by 24,248 votes. He secured 31,649 while PML-N's Bilawal Afridi remained  second with 7,401 votes. 

PK-71 Khyber-III: Independent candidate Abdul Ghani won the seat by securing 15,061 votes. His runner-up was JI's Khan Wali who bagged 7,903 votes.

PK-72 Peshawar-I: PPPP Karamat Ullah Khan has won the election with 18527 votes while PTI-backed independent Mehmood Jan remained second with 14332 votes. JI Iftikhar Ahmad has secured the third position with 10076 votes. 

PK-73 Peshawar-II: PTI-P Arbab Waseem Khan won the seat with 29949 votes while independent candidate remained second with 16750. 

PK-74 Peshawar-III: JUI's Ijaz Muhammad has won with 45959 votes while independent candidate Arbab Jahandad Khan remained second with 21,817 votes. 

PK-75 Peshawar-IV: ANP's candidate Arbab Usman has won the election with 43783 votes while Independent candidate Malik Shahab Hussain remained second with 23968 votes.

PK-76 Peshawar-V: Independent candidate Sami Ullah Khan has won the election with 18888 votes while ANP's Khushdil Khan Advocate remained second with 12986 votes.

PK-77 Peshawar-VI: PTI-backed Independent candidate Sher Ali Afridi has won the election with  30544 votes while JUI candidate Sifat Ullah remained second with 7615 votes.

PK-78 Peshawar-VII: PMLN Zahir Khan has won the election with 22559 votes while PTI-backed independent candidate Muhammad Asim Khan remained second with 17125 votes. JUI Zahir Shah has secured the third position with 7558 votes.

PK-79 Peshawar-VIII: PMLN Jalal Khan has won the election with 16031 votes while Independent candidate Taimur Khan remained second with 11495 votes.

PK-80 Peshawar-IX: PPP’s Arbab Zarak Khan has won the election with 23311 votes while Independent candidate Hamidul Haq remained second with 10251 votes.

PK-81 Peshawar-X: PTI-backed Independent candidate Syed Qasim Ali Shah has won the election with 44310 votes while ANP Arslan Khan Nazim remained second with 8177 votes.

PK-82 Peshawar-XI:   Independent candidate Muhammad Tariq Awan won the election by attaining 20334 votes. PTI-backed Independent candidate Kamran Khan Bangash came second with 14,030 votes. 

PK-83 Peshawar-XII: PTI’s nominated independent candidate Meena Khan Afridi won with 38,117 votes while ANP's Samar Haroon Bilor remained second with 33,500 votes.

PK-84 Peshawar-XIII: PTI-backed Independent candidate Fazal Elahi has won the election with 25850 votes while ANP's Farhad Khan remained second with 8248 votes.JUI's Malik Noshad Khan has secured the third position with 5966 votes.

PK-85 Nowshera-I: Independent candidate Zar Alam Khan has won with 32075 votes while ANP's Hamid Ali Khan remained second with 11056 votes.

PK-86 Nowshera-II: PTI-backed Independent candidate Muhammad Idris has won the election with 38092 votes while ANP Masood Abbas Khattak remained second with 12973 votes. JUI Parvez Ahmed Khan has secured the third position with 8861 votes.

PK-87 Nowshera-II: PTI-backed Independent candidate Khaleeq Ur Rehman has won the election with 44762.

PK-88 Nowshera-IV: Independent candidate Mian Muhammad Umar has won with 38384 votes while JUI's Ahad Khattak remained second with 12071. 

PK-89 Nowshera-V: PTI-backed Independent candidate Ishfaq Ahmad has won the election with 30416 votes while ANP Mian Iftikhar Hussain remained second with 15630 votes.

PK-90 Kohat-I: Independent candidate Aftab Alam Afridi has won with 38539 votes while PPP's Amjad Khan Afridi remained second with 33929 votes.

PK-91 Kohat-II: Election Postponed

PK-92 Kohat-III: Independent Candidate Shafiullah Jan has won the seat by securing 42254 votes while PTI-P Ziaullah Khan is second with 13609 votes.

PK-93 Hangu: PTI-backed independent candidate Shah Abu Turab Khan Bangesh has won the election with 31136 votes while JUI's Maulana Tehseen Ullah remained second with 16933 votes. Independent candidate Atiqur Rahman has secured the third position with 14006 votes.

PK-94 Orakzai: PTI's nominated independent candidate Aurangzeb Khan has won the seat by securing 18,648 votes.His uprunner was JUI-F's Abdur rehman who bagged 8274 votes.

PK-95 Kurram-I: JUI candidate Muhammad Riaz won the election by attaining 29,379 votes. PTI-backed independent candidate Imran Khan Bangash came second with 23059.

PK-96 Kurram-II: Independent candidate Ali Hadi has won the election with 34505 votes while MWM Nijat Hussnain remained second with 19444 votes.

PK-97 Karak-I: PTI's nominated independent candidate Khurshid Khattak has won the seat by securing 51994 votes. His runner-up was an independent candidate Mian Nisar Gul who bagged 21387 votes.

PK-98 Karak-II: PTI's nominated independent candidate Muhammad Sajjad emerged as victorious with 37,160 votes while  an jindependent candidate Qasim Khan is second with 31,853 votes. 

PK-99 Bannu-I: PTI-backed independent candidate Zahid Ullah Khan has won the election with 27792 votes while JUI Sher Azam Khan remained second with 27253 votes.

PK-100 Bannu-II: PTI-backed independent candidate Pakhtun Yar Khan has won the election with 30925 votes while JUI Akram Khan Durrani remained second with 23909 votes.

PK-101 Bannu-III: JUI Candidate Adnan Khan has won the seat by securing 25,513 votes. His runner-up was an independent candidate Shah Muhammad Khan who bagged 21,369 votes.

PK-102 Bannu-IV: JUI candidate Akram Khan Durrani won by securing 39,061 votes. His runner-up was an independent candidate Malik Adnan Khan who bagged 35,825 votes.

PK-103 North Waziristan-I: PTIP Muhammad Iqbal Khan has won the election with 24229 votes while JUIF Asad Ullah remained second with 17723 votes.

PK-104 North Waziristan-II: PTI's nominated independent candidate Naik Muhammad Khan emerged as victorious with 11,281 votes while  JUI candidate Peer Muhammad Ali Shah is second with 10,422 votes. 

PK-105 Lakki Marwat-I: Independent candidate Johar Muhammad is ahead with 330 votes while JUI's Manwar Khan is second with 140 votes.

PK-106 Lakki Marwat-II: Independent candidate Hisham Inamllah Khan has won the seat by securing 5667 votes while his runner up was Noor Salham Malik who bagged 3479.

PK-107 Lakki Marwat-III:  Independent candidate Tariq Saeed has won the seat by securing 34,400 while his runner-up was Muhammad Fawaz Raza Zakuri who bagged 21,679.  

PK-108 Tank: Independent candidate Mohammad Usman has won with 2987 votes while JUI's Mahmood Ahmad Khan is second with 30,770 votes. 

PK-109 Upper South Waziristan: PTI-backed independent candidate Asif Khan has won the election with 11519 votes while independent candidate Saeed Anwar remained second with 7668 votes.

PK-110 Lower South Waziristan:  Independent candidate Ajab Gul secured the first position with 12525 votes. another independent candidate Taj Muhammad remained second with 5354 votes. 

PK-111 Dera Ismail Khan-I: PTI-P's Ehtsham Javed has won the seat by securing 37,008 votes. Independent candidate Kamran Zeeshan Shah remained second with 28,281 votes.

PK-112 Dera Ismail Khan-II: PPPP Ahmed Kundi has won the election with 33312 votes while JUI Sami ullah Khan remained second with 25360 votes.

PK-113 Dera Ismail Khan-III: PTI-backed independent candidate Ali Ameen Khan has won with 35454 votes while JUI's Muhammad Kafeel Ahmed is remained second with 21,885 votes.

PK-114 Dera Ismail Khan-IV:  JUI's Latif-ur-Rehman has won with 30291 votes. PPP's Qaisar Khan is remained second with 27606 votes.

PK-115 Dera Ismail Khan-V: PPP's Ehsanullah Khan has won the seat by securing 22421 votes while JUI's Agaz Ikramullah Gandapur remained second with 12711 votes.
