Two female dancers were sexually assaulted during a wedding celebration in Bahawalnagar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The victims, identified as Samira (29) and Rubina (35), were reportedly drugged and raped by two men.

The crime took place in the Mandi Madrasa Police Station area of Bahawalnagar when the women were performing at the wedding.

According to the First Information Report (FIR) filed, Samira was assaulted by a man named Ilyas, while Rubina was raped by an individual named Kashif.

The attackers managed to escape the scene following the assault.

The local police of Thana Mandi Madrasa have registered a case and started an investigation.
