A 35-year-old woman died during delivery due to negligence of a quack in the limits of Liaqatabad police station, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to the family of deceased, Sonia was taken to the quack doctor Shaista's clinic for delivery of baby but due to her negligence Sonia died.

The police shifted Sonia's body to the mortuary for post-mortem and started legal proceedings against such quack doctor on the complaint of the family of deceased.

Police said in this regard, the documents of the clinic, including degrees of the fake doctor will also be checked by the Health Care Commission.
