Torrential rains accompanied by strong winds have caused significant damage in Sui, Dera Bugti, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Wednesday.

According to the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), two people died and 20 others were injured as trees, walls, and roofs of several houses collapsed.

The condition of most of the injured is reported to be critical, prompting an emergency implementation in hospitals, as stated by Dr. Azam Bugti, District Health Officer (DHO) of Dera Bugti.

Additionally, the severe weather led to the fall of several electricity poles, resulting in a power outage across the area, the PDMA confirmed.
