Pakistani stars Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed are to be stared in an upcoming Indian web series Barzakh.

The duo is known for their sizzling chemistry in Zindagi Gulzar Hai back in 2012, and the fans are overwhelmed to watch the power couple’s unmatchable allure again after 14 years.

Barzakh is an upcoming Indian web series in which the storyline centers around the second marriage of a 76-year-old man, exploring themes of love, family, and societal expectations.

The filming of Barzakh concluded in March 2022, and the series gained attention when it was presented at the French Film Festival in February 2023.

The teaser offers a glimpse at the compelling storyline, showcasing succinct moments with the main characters. The two Leads of the series (Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed) are seen applying eyeliner, suggesting the series' emphasis on themes that delve into personal reflection and introspection.

It has been reported that the series has an all-Pakistan featuring Faiza Gilani, Iman Suleiman, Khushal Khan, Aniqa Zulfikar Ali, Salman Shahid, and Franco Giust, and is set to shoot within Pakistan namely in the valley of Hunza and Karachi and is directed by Asim Abbasi.

The series is set to premiere on July 19, 2024, ‘Barzakh’ will be available for streaming on Zee5 and the Zindagi channel, promising an engaging and culturally rich viewing experience.
