Minister for Defence Khawaja Muhammad Asif on Sunday commended Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for her initiatives aimed at facilitating the public.

According to 24NewsHD TV channel, Asif described the measures taken by Maryam Nawaz's government over the past three months as 'revolutionary'.

Khawaja Asif also emphasized that Maryam Nawaz has established the foundation of 'politics of service' within her first three months in office.

He noted that Maryam Nawaz is following in the footsteps of her father, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, and her uncle, current Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, by ensuring facilities are provided directly to the people's doorsteps.

Defence Minister Kh Asif said due to Maryam Nawaz's efforts, health facilities will be available at the doorstep of the people through the mobile clinic in Punjab.
