Well-known Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha tied the knot with actor Zaheer Iqbal recently.

Pictures and videos from the wedding ceremony went viral.

In a statement, her 'aunt' in Pakistan expressed her best wishes.

Zain Zia, the daughter of Pakistan's former president Ziaul Haq and sister of politician Ejazul Haq, has said Indian actor Shatrughan Sinha called her a sister.

“That is why I am Sonakshi Sinha's Phaphu (aunt)”, she said, adding that she received the wedding card, but could not attend the wedding due to the present situation.

She stressed she wanted to go to the wedding and see her become a bride.

“I could not attend Sonakshi Sinha's wedding, but my best wishes and prayers are with her, ” she said.
