Four children of a family drowned while taking a bath near Kag Gate in Tarbela Dam, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to Haripur Rescue 1122 spokesman, the children had come to visit the dam with their father and drowned while taking a bath.

The children were identified as 12-year-old Laiba, 13-year-old Anees Fatima, 11-year Arslan and 9-year-old Faizan Ali.

All the children were residents of Alwali area of Haripur.

The local people also took part in the rescue operation along with the rescue team and recovered the bodies of the children.
