Lollywood actor Gohar Rasheed appeared at the Fuchsia Magazine show with host Rabia Mughni and said something interesting about love.

During the candid conversation with the host, Gohar spoke about his idea of love and shared that respect and friendship are more important in a relationship, rather than the typical romance portrayed in films.

'The Legend of Maula Jatt' actor believes that falling in love with one’s best friend is the most beautiful feeling ever.

He was questioned, "What is love for you?"

The actor hilariously replied, "It's a Karan Johar's type of film question."

Rabia humorously said, "You can respond in Karan Johar's type way as I am too expecting that way."

Gohar said, "I’ll be very honest about it. After a few years of marriage or being in a relationship, most of the time – I’m not generalizing it – but in most cases, love goes out of the window, as you deal with a lot of things; practicality, responsibilities and individual baggage [of two people involved].”

He continued, “The two most important pillars in a relationship; number one is respect, it is very important to have mutual respect for each other, and number two is friendship. If your bond is of friendship, that relationship will sustain for life because you can share everything with your partner if you are friends."

"Your partner will understand you just like a friend and can have a tough conversation with you. She can give you ideas without any confusion because she knows that you are loyal to her. On the other hand, with the boyfriend-girlfriend dynamics, one has to hide a lot of things from the other.”

"And when love, respect, and friendship all come together, life has to be amazing”, he concluded.
