Faisalabad police have recovered a girl after eight months who had run away with one after the other boyfriend, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to police, a girl Nisha will be presented before Lahore High Court Justice Farooq Haider on June 14, 2024, on the bail application of the girl’s first boyfriend Furqan.

According to police, the girl namely Nisha had eloped with her boyfriend Furqan. The parents of Nisha registered an abduction case against Furqan in October 2023.

Meanwhile, when Furqan reached the court along with Nisha for the marriage statement, the police arrested him from the court premises in an abduction case.

Police said after the arrest of Furqan, Nisha ran away with her other paramour Nadish.

Furqan moved the lower court for bail in Faisalabad where his bail appeal was rejected and then Furqan reached Lahore High Court for bail.

Lahore High Court Justice Farooq Haider while hearing the bail appeal case had ordered CCPO Faisalabad Kamran Adil to recover the girl till June 14, 2024.

On the special directives of CCPO Faisalabad Kamran Adil, SP Madina Town Shameer recovered the girl with the help of a special investigation team led by ASP Zainab Khalid. However, police were trying to arrest the second paramour of the girl.

The police have dismissed constable Saifur Rehman for helping the girl escape and Liaqat Ali, a police officer, from the job for poor investigation.

Faisalabad Police hired the dismissed constable Saifur Rehman to recover the girl and through him, the girl told that she was living with a relative in Shahdara, Lahore, after which the girl's parents went to Shahdara and brought the girl home.

Faisalabad police will now get a statement of the girl in front of the magistrate tomorrow, where she will tell her story of where and with whom she stayed.
