Asia Cup 2022: Mohammad Nawaz says Pakistan team s morale is high

Pakistan will play Hong Kong on September 2 (tomorrow) in the Asia Cup in a game that must be won in order for Pakistan to advance to the Super 4.

Mohammad Nawaz, an all-rounder for Pakistan, said that the team Pakistan's spirit is strong and that they would work hard to play good in the upcoming games of the current Asia Cup 2022.

Nawaz stated that team Pakistan is able to demonstrate the ability to play competently in their upcoming Asia Cup matches while communicating with the media on the sidelines of the team's practice session at the ICC Academy Ground.

"The team's morale is high, and we'll work hard to succeed in the upcoming games," stated Nawaz.

The left-arm spinner talked openly about bowling the difficult last over in the high-voltage match against India and admitted that bowling the final over in T20 is not an effortless job for spinners.

Nawaz said, "It is difficult for spinners to bowl the last over in T20s, but I felt confident in the match against India.

He insisted that he had to bowl the final over because of how the game had developed.

The right-arm pacer Naseem Shah's fitness condition was later revealed by Nawaz, who stated that the young pacer had not suffered an injury.

He added, "Naseem Shah is not suffering from an injury. He suffered from cramps during Pakistan versus India match.”

It is important to note that Pakistan will play Hong Kong on September 2 (tomorrow) in the Asia Cup in a game that must be won in order for Pakistan to advance to the Super 4.
