IHC orders desealing of Marriott Hotel

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered the desealing of part of Marriott Hotel in the federal capital which was earlier sealed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
During proceedings on Thursday, the court also suspended the CDA’s order to seal the Marriott Hotel.
The court also issued a notice to the CDA seeking its reply by tomorrow.
Zainab Janjua Advocate represented the hotel administration in the court and after hearing her IHC Chief Justice Amer Farooq issued the orders.
